We were unfortunately unable to figure this problem out in the time we had, so it's still a mystery. If anyone has any suggestions we are more than all ears.

I found a post here (http://www.dotnetnuke.com/Community/Forums/tabid/795/mid/2108/threadid/114803/scope/posts/Default.aspx#137424) that may be the answer. I don't have time to mess with it at present but if someone else wants to give it a shot let us know how it works out. If not I will play with it in a couple of weeks.

I just created a flash button which calls a JS function that fires an t work....

Interesting problem...
I just created a flash button which calls a JS function that fires a popup.
It works as expected.....
I put the JS in the skin, the SWF in the skinfolder and <%=skinpath%> in the object / embed path of the SWF.

So it is possible, it's not clear to me why your solution doesn't work....

Sorry for the 10 edit mails, I guess we cannot write the word a-l-ert anymore or the post get's damaged
