Hi all,

I am using ASP.Net 2005 and am a newbie in it.

I have a form in which there are two listboxes and three buttons.

I want to transfer the values from one listbox to another using two of the buttons bearing the symbol ">>" and "<<" and on the click of the third button, I want my database to be updated.

My problem is when I select (single item selection only) an item in the list box and click the >> button, the page gets refreshed and the value I had selected is lost.

Kindly help.

Regards,

tvks

You didn't say whether the selection is lost in the from or to list or if the item was moved or copied....  Nevertheless, I would suspect the problem lies in somewhere your move function.

Check out the DNN control/dualListControl for an example on moving items back and forth between lists.
