Hello there...

i have this problem: when i open the website for the first time on a PC or after clearing the broser cache...the Under Construction page appears instead of the website....but when i open it again everything  go smoothly....

is it something about cache???

how to solve it...?

Ensure that you have default.aspx set as the first defualt page for the virtual directory.
