I would like to know how can I backup my portal?

Is there a way also I can restore it to other machine? How will I do it? Is there a documentation available?

Thanks for your reply.

If you are running DNN on a server which you have limited control over (e.g. and ISP like GoDaddy), you may want to try a third-party module such as:

http://www.evotiva.com/Modules/BackupScript/tabid/57/Default.aspx

A Google search will show others as well...
