If I am going to put treeview and the results in the same module I will end up with page reloading all the time user clicks on treeview item, I want to have only list of items to be reloaded on web site when user clicks on treeview menu. :-(

When the user clicks on any link the page will reload, or am I misunderstanding you?

Look, I reviewed core Store module and unfortunately source download does not have source code, but it has Store menu and Store Catalog to choose after module installation, I was wondering how did core team implemented navigation from Store menu to Store Catalog module, I need exact same navigation process to be deployed on my two modules.

Lookup NavigateURL function. I belive Michael wrote an tutorial on the subject recently in his blog.

You can find it also in the blog module which has the source code
