Can someone please help me out before I toss this junk out the window? I need to be able to default the "Track Number Of Times This Link Is Clicked" to unchecked (specifically the Links and Media Modules).

I am most interested in knowing how to do this via a template, so that when these modules are added to a page with default values, this is one of them, but if I have to do it in some other fashion I will live with it.

I cannot find where this value is set or stored in all this hodge podge and have spent way too much time on what should be a trivial option to toggle. Very frustrating
