The captcha does not show up for me in either FF or IE (yes I enabled it in the module settings).  Is there something I'm missing?

Shawn - what version of DotNetnuke? Are you getting a broken image? Do you have the correct references in web.config for the captcha image? Do you have the captcha image excluded in your compression settings?

Hi Sanjay - thank you for your response. I'm using 4.4.1.  I did nothing other than install the module and enable the captcha in the module settings.  I guess I have not set it up right.  Is there doc anywhere outlining the configuration needed?  TIA.

Shawn - is anything showing up or just the captcha image is not showing up? i.e are you able to view/submit feedback if you have the captcha disabled?

Do you have the site up so that I can take a look? Is it a child portal site or a parent portal site?

Hi Sanjay - the module does work when captcha is disabled.  I have disabled the captcha in the module settings for now as it is on my production site which is the host portal. When it was enabled I did see a broken image in IE, nothing in FF.  The captcha label and textbox do appear.
