I am trying to change the size of the search input module so that I can fit it in the right pane of the site. The right pane is 180 wide and the current search input module is pushing it out. How can I resize the module so that it fits in and doesnt push out.

Hi. I'm also trying to find a way to apply a custom size to the search input at a portal level without changing the core. Ideally it would be nice to wrap the 'go' link under the search box.

Not much anywhere on how to do this. Does anyone have an idea?

Thanks,

Will

After hours of searching, I finally came across this solution. It involves creating a new Desktop Module by copying files from the default admin/search folder. Once added, you're then free to add any custom styling you fancy.

Thanks to Rajiv
