I have my parent portal and I would like to have e mail with same domain name as it is ... let's say parent.com the problem is that parent.com is alias for  my mainsite.com and then DNN takes care of the rest ( as we know)  I have a HELM control panel I have searched everywhere if it's possible to have e mail with domain name that is alian to hosted domain, and ofcourse did not find any way possible... I have asked my support to help me and they said only to upgrade domain name to hosted domain but then it will be pointed to new directory and cannot be my child's portal domain....

do you know what can I do to have it my way? any ideas? maybe services that I don't know of
