Are you using the Compression module?  Do you get a Javascript error?  look down in the status bar of your browser when you click the error may be surpressed.

I have the same problem. I just created a simple survey. Both simple selection and multiple selection has the same problem. There is no message error showed in the status bar..

Please, what's going wrong?

I still can't re-create this.  Maybe it's language characters that are not english? Can someone make this available for me to see online?

What browsers are you using?

I'm using IE 6.0.

Using English as default language of the site...

I'll try to put it in a web server for you can see what is happening...
