In Module Definitions (Host/Module Definitions), go to the Survey module configuration and set the Default Cache Time to 0 (and click the Update Cache Properties button to set it). because module caching might be causing the problem.

I've got this happening on a system I am working on (which is accessible via the web).  John, IM me if you want to take a look.

That was the first thing I checked before posting here. I messed around with it this weekend and still no luck getting the survey to work.

I did not think this was worth a new thread, but I was playing around with the survey module today for the first time and had a related experience about the submit function. When in IE 6.0 the submit click (or even the view results click) did nothing. No error, no nothing. When using Firefox, performance was as expected. It is like a setting in IE is preventing the code to work. This behavior persisted with every combination of cookies vs 1 vote per registered user, and public vs private results. My next step is upgrade to IE 7, but I would rather not have all my users to have to do that to use this module. Just wondering if those in this thread knew of something else to try before I go see my developer to look at this.
