Hello,

I have upgraded my DNN 4.01 portal to 4.04.1 and I notice a strange thing: my home page is now showing the following in the Title bar:   User account - Microsoft Internet Explorer.

I can not change it.

When I go to page settings it displays a different title bar being My Website. But even after pressing Update, it will not appear in the titel bar. It does not matter what I type in there, it will not change. What has happened ? Why does it show the text "User account" ,,,,

The solution is provided in post : http://www.dotnetnuke.com/Community/ForumsDotNetNuke/tabid/795/forumid/111/threadid/93744/scope/posts/Default.aspx
It is introduced (bug?) in DNN 4.4
It can easily be solved by commenting out some code as described in the above mentioned post. There is no need to re-compile, this will be done automatically.
A quick fix worth to try...
