Try to recycle ASP.NET version. Also you may try deleting (or renaming *.old) binary file from bin folder. Are you using DNN Project version of Feedback module or a 3rd party module?

I think I might have solved my problem with it. If you're developing any custom modules, make sure that you're replacing "YourCompany" with your company in all instances. In my case, I had forgotten to change it for the Settings.aspx and Settings.aspx.vb pages.

At least I hope this has solved my problem. I have only uploaded one new module since I corrected the others. ;)
