I went through the exact steps that babar_jvd wrote and made the changes in the Signin.ascx file. However, I still see "User Log In" as the title in the browser. I also cleared out the cache but the result was no different. What else could the problem be?

Ignore my previous posting. I looked carefully and looks like I changed the value for ControlTitle_.Text instead of ControlTitle_login.Text earlier. It's working now..

Thank you very much, you helped fix this problem! For now... Can't wait to see if DNN 4.5 has fixed this bug...!
