One of the user accounts in your portal does not have required info such as First and Last Name. I have run into this problems using AD integration, and the solution is to delete the account that has the missing data. This can be done if you have access to the Database, or by running a SQL script from within the portal.

I'm getting the same error.  I've been running with AD integration for almost a year now.  This just happened about a month ago.  What script can I run on the database to determine the users without FirstName or LastName?  I'm no SQL guru by any means.
