Greetings!

I'm new to dotnetnuke and so far I found it very much to my liking. I've so far made a couple of modules and added them to my website and it all works fine.. then suddenly I get the error as it is pasted in below. I get this when I try to edit text in a standard text/html module. I also get the same error when editing other modules, both my own custom mods and others, like an Articles module. Any ideas? Where to start looking?

Solved this one... I had already found a post in this forum saying that this was a problem with quotation marks(") being of wrong type..  (http://www.dotnetnuke.com/Community/ForumsDotNetNuke/tabid/795/forumid/33/threadid/90931/scope/posts/Default.aspx)
but I couldn't find where this should have happen, nevermind how...

After awhile I did find that the problem was the texteditor control.. opened the /controls/texteditor.ascx and found the wrong quotes, changed it back and saved and all was well.

My only question now is, how did they get to be wrong? The file texteditor.ascx went from ok to not ok at some point and I have no idea what triggered this...

Hi
I have got
"Error: Edit Text/HTML is currently unavailable."
in the parent page after I tried unsuccessfully to install a Gallery module in a child page.
The parent page has only a Text/HTML module and I still get the error message above even after deleting the Gallery module and then the child page it was in.
The first 4 lines of the 4000+ character error message start "The Runat attribute must have the value Server..." so it is possibly a texteditor.ascx issue.
I am still finding my way arouind in DNN - how do I find and open /controls/texteditor.ascx then edit it and save it?

it most likely is an issue caused by a Microsoft Security update for IIS. Please upgrade to the latest version of DotNetNuke.
