Sanjay,  I appreciate your help very much but unfortunately the site is on an Intranet.  Regarding the upgrade, I'm assuming my version of DNN will not work with your latest release?

Required Version:
4.4.0.27521
My Version:
4.4.0.19943

To use 'DotNetNuke.Modules.Feedback.ViewComments', you must replace the reference to DotNetNuke with version 4.4.0.27521 or higher.

I will try once again once I upgrade to DNN 4.4.1 (I've had headaches before mentioned in this post http://www.dotnetnuke.com/Community/ForumsDotNetNuke/tabid/795/forumid/107/threadid/110015/scope/posts/Default.aspx)

If you rebuilt your DotNetnuke.dll, your version should change. If this is not happening, then I think maybe you're having an issue rebuilding.
I'll email you with an alternative.

Gianni - I just checked against the dotnetnuke version which the module was built and it is the correct version. DNN 4.4.0 was publicly released as version 4.4.0.28454. However you're reporting that your dotnetnuke.dll version is 4.4.0.19943.
Are you by any chance using a release candidate version of 4.4.0?

I actually successfully attempted the DNN upgrade from 4.4.0 to 4.4.1.  Your module works just fine now   My upgrade did not work before because I use Windows Authentication, and the Windows Authentication module line in web.config needs to be commented out for the upgrade to work correctly.  Once it upgraded, then I uncommented the Authentication module line.  Thank you so very much once again for all of your help!  Out of curiosity, what do these settings do:
-Send Email Asynchronously
-Use Captcha
