I need a module that works just like File Manager, but can be used by non-administrators. In other words, users can see and download the contents of all folders they have View permission on, and can upload and delete files in the folders they have Write permission on.

Is this possible with the built in File Manager, or is there a module that can do this?

I have found this: Speerio File Manager Pro. This might do the trick but it is expensive. Does anyone have any other suggestions?

Thx.
