A couple of weeks ago I apllied a malformed skin to my entire DNN 4.3.4 based site and I got an error on all pages that made it impossible to login, so I went into SQL Enterprise Manager and edited the Skins table to apply a working skin to the site.

Now I tried to change skins via the normal DNN Admin menu and I simply can't get any skin to work - I've tried changing via admin, via host, using skins that were already in the site before I had any issues, uploading new skins, nothing works.

Here's the error I'm getting (via Log Viewer)

I was able to solve this issue by deleting the temporary files in the .net framework directories, thereby forcing a recompile of all dlls.

Does anyone have more specific info about this?
