Hi,

I finally got my site up and running just now. I ignored this starterkit error and proceeded on without worrying
about it and eventually got going. It took a while as I had to check the database user permissions, IIS virtual
settings, and have to "view in browser" from visual web developer to open the page. I also left SQL server express
running connected to the database. I don't know what specific change got it all going so I can only suggest you
proceed on without concern of the error and read the installation PDF in detail as I did.

Cheers, Colin
