Hi.

We are trying to upgrade from DotNetNuke 3.2.0 to 4.4.0. I exported the template from DNN3.2.0, with content, then I created a new portal in DNN4.4.0. All pages, roles and modules loooked fine - and when I use Windows Explorer, the files under Portals/[MyPortal] are fine.

Then came the catch:

When I try to download any file through DNN (FileManager, Documents module, Links module) - some files are corrupted. I did a "diff" between the file downloaded via DNN and the file as it is on the HardDrive - and it looks like DNN performs a linefeed conversion. Obviously this will corrupt binary files. An example is the header in my pdf file:

Original:

1 0 obj
<</Type/Catalog/Pages 2 0 R/Lang(en-US) /StructTreeRoot 51 0 R/Outlines 34 0 R/MarkInfo<</Marked true>>>>
endobj

Downloaded via DNN:

1 0 obj<</Type/Catalog/Pages 2 0 R/Lang(en-US) /StructTreeRoot 51 0 R/Outlines 34 0 R/MarkInfo<</Marked true>>>>
endobj

As you can see, the linefeed on the first line disappeared...

Is there an option somewhere to turn this off, or is this a bug?
