Hi all,

Is it possible to add new form elements to the existing Email, Name and Message fields? Ideally i want to add Address, Contact fields etc.

Cheers, Ben

Ben - this is on the roadmap for one of the future versions. Have not decided how best to implement this but it's definetly on the roadmap.

Thats great Sanjay - thanks for getting back...

I have another query for you. I upgraded to DNN version 4.1.1 this morning, everything went swimmingly however i got this error when i tried to install the new feedback module:

SQL Execution resulted in following Exceptions: System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException: Violation of PRIMARY KEY constraint 'PK_ModuleSettings'. Cannot insert duplicate key in object 'ModuleSettings'. The statement has been terminated. at System.Data.SqlClient.SqlConnection.OnError(SqlException exception, Boolean breakConnection) at System.Data.SqlClient.SqlInternalConnection.OnError(SqlException exception, Boolean breakConnection) at System.Data.SqlClient.TdsParser.ThrowExceptionAndWarning(TdsParserStateObject stateObj) at System.Data.SqlClient.TdsParser.Run(RunBehavior runBehavior, SqlCommand cmdHandler, SqlDataReader dataStream, BulkCopySimpleResultSet bulkCopyHandler, TdsParserStateObject stateObj) at System.Data.SqlClient.SqlCommand.RunExecuteNonQueryTds(String methodName, Boolean async) at System.Data.SqlClient.SqlCommand.InternalExecuteNonQuery(DbAsyncResult result, String methodName, Boolean sendToPipe) at System.Data.SqlClient.SqlCommand.ExecuteNonQuery() at DotNetNuke.Data.SqlDataProvider.ExecuteADOScript(String SQL) at DotNetNuke.Data.SqlDataProvider.ExecuteScript(String Script, Boolean UseTransactions) declare @countitems int select @countitems = count(SettingName) from dbo.[ModuleSettings] where SettingName = 'rows' if @countitems > 0 begin update dbo.[ModuleSettings] set SettingName = 'Feedback_Rows' where SettingName = 'rows' end

I rolled back the old feedback module and it installed fine, and seems to run ok.

Just some more details regarding my error above:-

  1. The error occurs during the
    Info Executing 04.04.01.SqlDataProvider
StartJob Start Sql execution: 04.04.01.SqlDataProvider file
    phase of installation,
  2. When i use the new module an email is sent to the administrator but not the user. I guess this is something to do with the installation error?

Cheers,

Ben
