I have the following fee structure:

Joining Fee

Training Fee

Security Deposit

Monthly Fee.

On Demand Fees (if they buy some service)

Each of my members will have a different fee based on what type of member they are and what country they are in.... I'd like to be able to force these fees on joining and then the monthly fee every month...

Any ideas how this can be done?

In relation to this, how does DNN integrate with paypal so that members accounts are not created until they pay?

Thanks
