Moderation queue has one post to moderate.

Click Approve & Edit

Edit the post and click Accept

Post shows in the intended forum.

Moderation queue still shows one post to moderate for that forum.

Clicking on the forum title simply reloads the same moderation screen.

Nes, I cannot reproduce this.  I have applied the fix for the delete a post but that shouldn't alter this area.  Can you, or someone else, confirm this is a problem?
