Hi there

I am trying to load the DotNetNuke package and want to know where I can get the foloowing;

1. Microsoft .Net Framework

2. Internet Intro. Server 5/6

3. MS SQL/MSDE

Also, are these freely available or do you need a license?

Thanks

RM

I'm not sure what Internet Intro. Server is ... but if you mean Internet Information Server read on :)

1, 3 - You can get both from the microsoft sites for free. Do a search on msdn.microsoft.com and you'll get the correct links. If you want to install dnn 4.x you'll need asp.net 2, if you want to work on dnn version 3.x you'll need asp.net 1.1.

2. This is part of the Windows operating system. If you have Win XP Pro or above you already have this component. Similar for Windows 2003. You just need to make sure the IIS is installed on your machine and properly configured.
Make sure this is correctly setup before trying to install the .net framework or you'll have problems.
