How do you change the page skin that is used for the DNN standard pages like the copyright notices, Terms and Conditions, Login Page, etc?

These pages are "Admin" pages, so by Applying skins to Admin pages, you will update these ones.

Alternatively you can create your own pages and apply any skin for some of these standard Admin pages (user registration, login, etc). Check out the options under Admin > Site Settings: Advanced Settings - Page Management.

Trying to do the same thing and I think there may be a bug in the implementation where the terms page inherits the skin on the page it is called from. We have a site with one and two column skins; if the terms page is called from a page using the one column layout it uses that skin, if it's called from a page using the two column layout it uses the two column skin. Caused all kinds of headaches!
