Hi,

I have had a problem for a while now whereby my admin, host and edit pages all render with the module content centered in the module 'panes'. I assumed it was to do with the orentation of the module when it is placed on the page but after having edited the database so all of the modules are set as left it is still ocuring.

I looked at the page source and thre is a difference in the div markup for the admin and settings pages to the standard view page although they are both using exactly the same skin... see below

View Page:

<div id="dnn_ctr562_ContentPane" style="border: solid 1px #999999; padding:5px;" align="left">

Edit and settings pages:

<div id="dnn_ctr562_ContentPane" style="border: solid 1px #999999; padding:5px;" align="center">

P.S. I have also noticed that my admin pages don't allways use the admin skin which is set up in the host and site settings but often seem to inherit that of the page they were called from.

I really would appreciate any ideas.

Normal pages and Admin/Edit/Settings pages use different Skins, typically you have a skin and also an admin skin.  Check to make sure that both skins have the align="left".

Hi Philip,

Thanks for your reply. Both the portal and admin site settings were set to the correct skins but after having changed all the skins to the DNNBlue standard skin then back to the skins i required they all became left aligned.

Its odd because i only have the original blue dnn skins and two identical custom skins (one with one column and the other two columns).

But t is working now so thats ok!

Thanks again
