I am trying to figure out the sql to get these two things in order to write a report.

Track Number Of Times This Link Is Clicked?
Log The User, Date, And Time For Every Link Click?

Another part is i want to know which user came to the page what he/she clicked  on the page(links module). I was able to figure out the 1st part which user came to the page(tab) but i am not able to figure out what they clicked on the page(There are links module on the page. that module tracks the number of times cliked and who clicked)

That information is on the urls and urltracking table. You can view the source code for these by viewing the source of the main DNN project. The URLControl.ascx handles it.

Hi,

unfortunately.. it is not logging any of the user clicks.  no user related data found in both tables. I checked bot the options of  "Track Number Of Times This Link Is Clicked? and Log The User, Date, And Time For Every Link Click?"

I am using DNN 4.5.4 with Links module 03.03.07.

Thanks in advance.

If it is possible, my suggestion would be to uninstall the links module and then reinstall it. Now please be aware that doing this will cause you to lose ALL of your links, so this should only be done on portals where it is ok to lose this data.
