Hi,

A while ago I removed the help module from my system.
Now I installed the help system again.
Is it ok to ignore this message in red ?

You should uninstall it and then check your database to make sure there are no left over stored procedures or tabls and then reinstall.  Earlier vesions did not remove all the sprocs properly.
