Yes.  You have to login as Host and enable logging using the Host menu, Host Settings, Advanced Settings, Other Settings.

Carlos,
I enabled logging, and got the detailed site log working.

However, I have some Tabs linking to other websites (outside my DNN domain), and I noticed that the
Logger does not log the clicks on these Tabs. Do you have any idea how to log such clicks?

Thanks,

You are correct in your assessment of the DNN log file as far as outside links.

Take a look at this site: http://www.awstats.org/.  They make a free log file analyzer that will give you a lot of information stored in your log files by IIS.  You may want to look at the definition of your log files in IIS to make sure that it is capturing the fields you think are relevant to you.

You can always use the Webtrends package also but it is not free (or cheap).

Edited the post to insert my own correction, if you use the Links module DNN will track the link clicks.

The solution provided by awstats is far beyond my simple requirement.
I have a simple requirement: to design a module (or report) which displays the top 5 tabs (or menu items) in terms of the number of user clicks (Most frequently visited Tabs).

How can I meet this requirement, given that the tabs may link to external websites? I appreciate any answer, even if this requires modifying DNN source code.
