Hmm = you raise a good question - I been using my own custom redirectors for so long - not sure which free ones do handle tag replacements - check out www.cathal.co.uk he has a list of free modules - maybe there.

Hey, thanks for all your replies. Unfortunatly, I havent been able to find a URL redirector that has the feature of tag replacement. I would really appreciate it if you could give me a direct link to a module with this feature, or provide a bit of information on how to create my own redirector. Please contact me through my email - minilogo [at] gmail.com. Thank you very much for all your help!

I have a free module download available at http://dotnetnuke.montreat.edu that allows you to create links using text or images and pass the username and password.  it works with dnn3 and dnn4 (non encrypted).  I use it to allow users to login to several sites: a course management site, outlook web access, and a course registration system so far.  It works well for me and it is free.  No core changes needed.

The module is called Single Sign On Module.
