There is also another problematic problem... Some words which are removed (to avoid script injection). But it might be problematic...

this feature has been made optional in the next release and should no longer be an issue - ie using the inputfilter to clean out the entered text.
Also, the issue with email showing up instead of usernames has been resolved in the 4.4.2 build of this module. Please note that 4.4.2 has not yet been released but I am planning on submitting it for release by this Friday (08/03/2007).

could someone post how they changed the information in the meanwhile, also how do you delete entries?

To delete entry, just log to your database, and do the job manually (either with SQL or if you have an interface to work on your table, work with it and delete records that you do not want anymore).

To disable the email in displaying, just modify your template (viewcomments.asx in DesktopModules/Feedback directory).
For example, comment the section:

<asp:label id=lblAuthor runat="server" Text='<%# DataBinder.Eval(Container.DataItem, "CreatedByEmail") %>' CssClass="head"></asp:label>

and it will remove the email address. I have done so on my contact page. Visit my web and you will see by yourself how it looks like.
