Hi,
I've recently installed DNN 3.2.2 (on XP, with SQL server 2000). While trying to access "Settings" of ANY module i get the following error:

Error: Module is currently unavailable.
DotNetNuke.Services.Exceptions.ModuleLoadException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. ---> System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. at DotNetNuke.Modules.Admin.Modules.ModuleSettingsPage.BindData() at DotNetNuke.Modules.Admin.Modules.ModuleSettingsPage.Page_Load(Object sender, EventArgs e) --- End of inner exception stack trace ---

Kindly guide me........thanks.

I've never seen that error. Don't you have any special configuration? Can you check you installation logs (under \providers\dataproviders) for any error, seems your installation is not well done.

Wow...thanks! i took the safe route of reinstalling and things are working now. However if you can still tell me where exactly i can find the installation logs (in \dataproviders) it would enhance my understanding of DNN, since i am a novice.

thanks again.

You'll find the logs on the folder \Providers\DataProviders\SqlDataProvider. Search for *.log files, they hold the results for each version upgrade (just the database upgrade part). If the file is blank -> no errors!
