First just a quick note to any who will listen. PLEASE include portablity functionality in the modules you build. I'm finding myself really working hard on the templates. I've found many things but one that's kicking me in the butt is I need to create user accounts as well as make them members of specific rolls. The closest I've found is the ability to create a superuser account

<

Now, is there some way to add a standard user account and add them to specific rolls.

superuser>
  <
firstname>SuperUser</firstname>
  <
lastname>Account</lastname>
  <
username>host</username>
  <
password>dnnhost</password>
  <
email>host</email>
  <
locale>en-US</locale>
  <
timezone>0</timezone>
</
superuser>

I have a script that may help.

Awesome, that looks ALMOST like exactly what I need. I'm going to give it a try, My only assumption is it needs to be placed in the portal template AFTER the section that adds the <profiledefinition> and after <roles>. However, how do I include the users in the rolls? Do I have to add the users before the roles and then when I add the role specify memebers?

That script won't work within a template.  You can run it stand-alone if you need to import several users at once.

ok, well, here's what I'm trying to do, I have a portal creator module that lets non-superusers create portals. I specify the template used to create the portals. How would I be able to introduce this xml. Even just more generically, if it's not included in the portal.template then where does it go and how is it executed? The user account I'm trying to create is used by SiteTrack for doing web reports. It needs to be a member of the administrators roll so it's capable of seeing any tab viewed.
