I have several files for each topic area in my project, so I attach the additional files in the description of the repository area via the file link.  All worked fine on the dev site until the going live and this is the current issue, I am experiencing.....
In the Repository description area, when I attach a file from the 'current site', the link gets placed as shown and obviously does not work (until I edit), I have substituted the website name with xxxx.yyy. In the following case the '34a-ppt.pdf' is the doc name:
<DIV align=left><A href="http://www.xxxxx.yyyportals034a-ppt.pdf/" target=_blank>Presentation</A></DIV><BR>
Any ideas, thoughts, suggestions are most welcome as I am dealing with almost 1k of docs :-(

So is the problem that there's no "/" between the .yyy and portals? I'm confused as to what error you're getting?

Hi mikeh,

I am getting the following: A href=http://www.xxxxx.yyyportals034a-ppt.pdf/ instead of :                                  A href=http:/portals/0/34a-ppt.pdf
