I have been using oliver hines weather module v320-v1 for some time now on DNN ver 3.2.0, all of the sudden I am getting an exception thrown, (pasted below). The error appears to be referencing the zip code. Has anyone else seen this, or know the fix?

Sorry, no fix but I also use the module and am getting the same error.  I downloaed the latest version of the 'upgrade' package from Oliver Hine's site, installed it and now everything is working again.
