Hi everybody,
I am trying to figure out how to make menu same as www.nrl.com where subitems get displayed horizontally under menu on mouseover.... Any thoughts and ideas will be appreciated!

Yes, I assume it works on DNN 3.2.2 version.... We are on older version.... Does it work?

Considering it won't work until DNN 4.5 it won't work for 3.2.2.

I should be more specific, however.   The menu will work if installed.  To be able to get the nav skin object to allow the menu's property to be set, you will need 4.5.  However, you could create your own skin object for 3.2.2 with this property set or change your nav skin object.
