I am trying to provide a menu system on my DNN site that will allow easy navigation throughout the site.  I want unauthenticated users to be able to see a full menu of the various areas on my site but also want them to register before they can view a particular area.  So for example, I have a page named "Articles" which is only available to registered users.  However, I want EVERYONE to be able to see the link in the SOLPARTMENU.  When an un-authorised user clicks on the link, it should take them to the login/register page.  Is this possible?

You could make the page visible to everyone, but then change the modules on that page to only be visible to registered users. Drop a login control on the page that is only visible to nonauthenticated users.

Thanks for the quick reply.  That sounds like a good idea but i have found another way around it.  If i create a dummy page with the same title that is only visible to unauthenticated users, it is possible to set that page to re-direct that page to the actual one.  When an unauthenticated user clicks on the menu link, they will be redirected to the login page becuase they are not authorised to view the actual page.  The actual page is only visible to registered users and is also hidden.  This means that it won't appear in the menu (avoiding duplication).

I don't think either way is better but i have used the above method to save placing a login module on every page that i require this functionality for.
