I  update the language of the portal, edited what he lacked, more I did not find the file for "Register" and other basic texts of the portal!
they could say me in which menu is?
for example, in register new user, text "Preferred User Information "

I'm not sure if I understand correctly of what you are asking, but if you are looking to change the message that you posted, then log in as Admin or Host, go to Admin menu -> Languages, click on Language Editor, then go to \admin\Users\App_LocalResources\ManageUsers.ascx and find Resource Name: PrivateMembership.Text
