I am running the latest version 04.04.01 on a discountasp webserver from a CLEAN install. ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED

I get tons of errors that are almost always related to pressing the Update button when updating Admin or Host Settings. The latest errors I get is when I try to simply add a new PAGE to my site. Below are the errors:
