The table is in your SQL 2000 (or 2005) database.

You can use Enterprise manager (or a web version of Enterprise Manager) or you can use the Database Explorer feature inside Visual Web Developer to modify the table.

Database Explorer is a tab next to the solution explorer on the right hand side. You need to add a new connection via the wizard (using the same details you put into your connection string). Once connected, you can perform a query to update the PortalAlias table...
