Installing a fresh copy of 4.0.2 (not an upgrade) and get the following error:

DotNetNuke Upgrade Error

The Assembly Version ( [ASSEMBLYVERSION] ) does not match the Database Version ( [DATABASEVERSION] )

ERROR: Could not connect to database.

An attempt to attach an auto-named database for file C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\My Documents\Visual Studio 2005\WebSites\DotNetNuke\App_Data\Database.mdf failed. A database with the same name exists, or specified file cannot be opened, or it is located on UNC share.

Ive tried closing the connection which fixed a previous error, but this time it doesn't seem to help.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Problem solved.  Moved the DNN website folder from my documents to inetpub/wwwroot.  Then gave administrative permissions for ASPNET user to the inetpub folder.  Solved the DB access problems completely.
