Hello all,
I am installing a brand spanking new install of DNN 4.02 onto my remote shared host.  I am getting the error listed below when I access the portal after installation.

I have tried deleting the database, removing all DNN files, and starting completely over, with no effect.

Any help sure would be appreciated!

The problem sound like that the portal 0 is not created while the installation process.

Please check whether the portal 0 exists under the sub folder portals of your dnn installation.

I am having the same problem, how do we fix it? I'll write back if I figure it out first.

Trying installing again, deleting the database and project, and start over but when you build it for the first time and it runs the install, give your computer as much CPU power as possible, I think the script was timing out on mine because I was just browsing through sql server, and a bunch of other stuff

Thanks for the suggestions.

Already tried burning it down and re-installing twice.  The installation is on a remote shared host, so I have no control over CPU allocation or memory.

Do you have any other thoughts?
