This is a know issue that is common to all "Dynamically Compiled" modules on DNN versions before 4.4. Basically, the Module installer needs to edit the web.config file to setup a dynamic module, but that cannot be done in Medium Trust (which is the level of ASP.Net security most shared hosting accounts use). You have two options to correct the issue:
   1. Upgrade to DNN 4.4.x
   2. Change to Full Trust (you may need to contact your hoster for this if you aren't on a dedicated hosting system) for the install. You CAN change back to Medium Trust after installing the module.
