Hi all,

I created a new db then pointed my DNN at that db. When I open the DNN site, DNN created the barebones tables and procs amd functions just fine but did not include some of the standard modules that come with the full package.

I was wondering how I can add the Text/html module to the portal now that it points to the new db.

Is there a download available of the basic modules WITHOUT re-installing all of DNN?
Any other advice in retrieving or installing the standard modules?

BTW, all my own modules as well as db entries work just fine!
I'm just looking for some of the standard stuff...

Thanks,

Lindsay

if text/HTML and Links module are missing, there went sth wrong with your installation. I suggest to reinstall, otherwise you might encounter other issues later.

Sebastian, it wasn't really a full install.

DNN was already set up on the virtual folders etc etc and pointing to a temporary db.
I created a new db and added a lot of my own tables and stored procs then amended the web.config file to point at the new db. I then navigated to the url as usual and DNN installed itself or parts thereof into the db.

Cannot re-install this DNN instance as it is hosted remotely...

Unless I copy a clean web.config file in then amend the connection string.
Should it not then perform a full install?

If you have any other ideas, please let me know.

Thanks,

Lindsay
