Yes, I have, and I keep getting info similar to this: http://forums.asp.net/thread/1234000.aspx about running asp.net 1.1 and 2.0 side by side. But I have them running in different app pools. I'm at a loss. I even tried shuttind down my only .net 1.1 site and I still have the issue.

I also found this: http://www.nivisec.com/article.php?l=vi&ar=13 but tried everything they suggested.

I turned on some extra .Net2.0 logging in the master web.config and now I'm getting this, in event viewer every couple minutes:
Event code: 1003
Event message: Application compilation is starting.

My guess is that my app domain keeps re-compiling for some reason. But the question is...why? And is this even related to certain user getting logged off my site? I don't understand why it doesn't happen to everyone. I'll continue to dig, but help is much appreciated.
