I did a clean install of v4.5 and everything worked perfectly.

The only problem I have now is that when I login as the "Host" NOTHING happens. It just takes me back to the default page but with no Host facilities (Yes "Admin" is the same). So if I cannot get in then what is the next step? I have also checked the connection string and connects as "sa" which I have checked.

I APOLOGISE!!! It seems my browser was caching the Start Page resulting in the OLD page being shown. I cleared my browser cache and rebooted and it seems to be okay now. Sorry all - Moderator, please delete this issue as it is redundant.
