Ok, let's go one step at a time.

Do you have a backup of ALL your DotNetNuke FILES from when it was DNN 4.4.1 (before you did any upgrade)?

thanks for your help gille

yes i do, as i told before i have a backup module which took my sql and files backup then i can only restore them through portal,i mean i need to use backup module to restore that.

ok ,i have to go back and restore backup again ? i just kind of confusing! cause i did it before (restore sql and files toghether)and as you know my portal went wrong!

So, let me make sure I understand:
You have already restored your site to 4.4.1 (both files and database), and it is not working? 

If you used a DNN Module which you purchased to backup the portal, you may want to contact the developers of the "backup module" and see if they can help get the portal restored completely to 4.4.1 from the backup files their modules creates.

You need to get back to 4.4.1 working.  If the assembly says "4.5.0" then you are definitely not running 4.4.1.

i mean that i restored to 4.4.1 then i installed 4.5.now i have 4.5 installed as it shows in "host setting" but i do not know about my database version.do you know whrer can i find that?

if i could correct the admin account login status(access to admin menu),it seems that the other functions work fine.
