I have about 20 Departments using my Intranet site.

I have setup 20 roles to manage access to their various resources on the site. (Their Forums, FAQ's, Link Lists, Task Lists etc.)

What I need to do now is give editor rights that allow specific users to edit their departments Resources.

Is there any way to do this without creating 20 new Security roles?
If there was a way do tie in to roles: ie. Member of - HR, and DeptAdmin.  (Kind of an Additive role)

I think it is unlikely but would be very nice.

Any suggestions?

Thanks

Currently, there is nothing to allow this and would require additional roles.
