Did anybody here have chance to install module successfully?

My installed module is ignored by system without any error or hint when try to add it to the page.

The most strange part  for me is that when creating a new module there is no any error but when I try to import the same module it gives an error  "A critical error has occurred.Empty path name is not legal." 

Does anybody know how I can track it?

Is there any option to check if the module installed in system is valid?

Does the system check if the module is valid during creation?
